Philosophy of education and multiculturalism: Towards a research strategy

Abstract

What are the links between the educational and cultural processes that enable understanding the education of human beings? This issue seeks to be answered in an exploratory linking education and culture from an interdisciplinary perspective. This investigative way of an analysis of the contents that are imposed on education as much as “human activity” and “institution”. Then look on the human being in search of not reducing the education plots subject to scientific disciplines, but testing ground in the search for a comprehensive education becomes more complex. Among the roads that are the interdisciplinary process is the path of multiculturalism not so much as a goal but as a process that relates to subjects equally.
